以霹靂嬌娃的身份參與、介入國立臺北藝術大學第二十八屆美術系展活動。結合運動與展覽作品,使用功夫體操的行為,於展場中以身體運動回應現場作品,質疑觀看藝術的方法,衝擊展覽場域的規矩。動作的回應方式隨著各件作品特質而變化,一如前人從自然界取材創立拳法,借由展場作品創造一套運動與套路。首先,分析該作品的基本狀態,從顏色、筆觸、空間等姿態著手,隨著作品的能量流動。看似搞笑鬧場的行為表演,我們以認真嚴肅的態度執行,乍看之下像是三個神經質的觀眾,發瘋且不知從哪來的人。
於展覽設置開放式的運動員預備區,並於一樓展場預設運動路線,進行循環流動式的看展運動。運動員出場時間一小時為一場,每天視情況安排固定場次。每一場運動中,先於運動員預備區暖身後出發,依照指定路線在一樓展場中活動。展出之前,透過運動員形象的塑造推廣活動,進行鋪陳。
As an Amazon squad, Ado Ra Ble intervened the 28th Fine Art Department Faculty Exhibition at Taipei National University of Arts (2014). The group “responded” to the works of art in display with a combination of athletic movements, gymnastics, and kung fu. The objective was to question the ways of seeing artworks and to deliver an impact to the conventions of exhibition spaces. The responses took form which varied according to the nature and characteristics of the given work of art. Ado Ra Ble created movements and patterns inspired from the exhibited works as a given surrounding, just as ancient ways of kung fu were derived from nature. The operation kicked off with an analysis of form, colors, strokes, and the lay-out in space, and it followed the flow of the work’s inherent energy. Appearing to be lunatics from nowhere, we executed the ostensibly ridiculous operation with great seriousness.
The “athletes” executed each performance in one hour, and the number of daily performance was set upon circumstances. In each performance, the athletes warmed up in the preparation zone, and circulated on a designed itinerary in the ground floor. The performance entailed a way of seeing the exhibition with energy flow, with breaks taking place in the preparation zone.
